- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in direct mail optimization or related area.
- Proven experience measuring performance and translating data into actionable objectives.
- Experience managing internal and external vendor relationships and partnering closely with various teams.
- Advanced proficiency in essential tools such as marketing technology CRM systems and project management tools.
- Standard soft skills including, but not limited to, autonomy, collaboration, problem-solving, and exceptional communication in both verbal and written formats, etc.
- Project Management experience partnered with leading initiatives, estimating timelines, and facilitating seamless process flow.
- G-suite and Slack knowledge is preferred.
- Edit and proofread marketing material to ensure the quality and technical accuracy of high-impact marketing material, including direct mail, email, mobile apps, and websites.
- Ensure adherence of marketing copy and artwork to ADA requirements, federal regulations, legal guidelines, and credit card partnership requirements.
- Compare the CID (intent doc) with the content of the direct mail.
- Proofread for general spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
- Follow established process steps, production schedules, and in-house style guidelines and standards for marketing materials.
- Proactively take ownership of initiatives, craft a vision, and drive results in an ambiguous environment.
- Ensure project and initiative reporting is documented appropriately to mitigate risk and elevate key decision points to leadership.
- Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and accurately represent status.
