We have an exciting opportunity to join the digital paid media team of a renowned retail client as their newest hybrid remote Digital Paid Media Coordinator in the Dallas, TX metro area. The ideal candidate will reside in the Dallas area as the Digital Media Coordinator will work in the office 2-3 times per week.

Digital Paid Media Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. Digital marketing certification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on executing paid media campaigns and utilizing data-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, etc.
  • Extensive experience building first-party data strategy and execution to improve marketing ROI (with samples).
  • Experience working within the following media channels; Programmatic Display, Paid Search (Google UAC, Performance Max, Apple Search Ads), Online Video (YouTube), Connected TV (Trade Desk, Streaming Platforms), and Paid Social (Video and Performance).
  • Experience leveraging media partners as external partnerships for the company objectives, particularly in areas such as marketing, promotion, audience engagement, and revenue generation. (Trade Desk, Emodo, YouTube, Ampersand, Live Ramp, Axiom, Experian, etc.).
  • Expertise in assessing the effectiveness and impact of digital media campaigns and initiatives, particularly in collaboration with external media partners. 

Digital Paid Media Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the media agency, internal media team, and creative team to understand and convey specifications and creative requirements across various media platforms. Provide support in delivering assets to agency partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional Marketing teams to integrate CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and other pertinent technologies, enhancing audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with internal Digital and IT teams to implement effective tagging across app products for accurate measurement.
  • Collaborate with the media agency team to furnish all necessary data inputs for media mix modeling on time.
  • Work with footfall measurement partners to assess foot traffic generated from media efforts. Collaborate with the analytics team to validate and present data findings.
  • Collaborate with the agency to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for enhancements.
