Join an industry-leading retail client as their newest Communications Manager for a hybrid opportunity local to Boston, MA
 

The ideal Communications Manager candidate will have extensive experience leading multiple communications programs with an international retailer. Additionally, they will have strong communications skills and be able to effectively develop communication plans, launch new channels, and develop content.

 

Communications Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or relevant field required.
  • 5+ years of corporate communications experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience with proven ability to manage a team, contractors, and external agencies.
  • Previous QSR, Retail, Marketing Agency, or Franchisee experience a plus.
  • Sound understanding of the latest emerging communication trends, channel management, and effective planning in a corporate environment.

Communications Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement impactful communication strategies from company culture to marketing programming support to product launches and beyond.
  • Develop and optimize long-term strategy for communications functions.
  • Partner with leaders to provide essential communications support to C-level executives and develop customer-facing strategies to ensure timely communication launches.
  • Collaborate with various divisions to strengthen key initiatives and create tailored messages with impactful content to reach targeted audience segments.
  • Conceive engaging storytelling campaigns that inspire and persuade internal audiences. 
  • Guide with a data-driven and result-oriented mindset to ensure all communication efforts are maximized.
