Strategy Development and Planning Consultant Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. years of progressive career growth in strategy development and planning in a consulting capacity.
  • Must have strong background working directly with senior leadership team.
  • Hands-on M&A Integration planning is highly desired.
  • Hospitality background is highly desired.
  • MarTech experience is a plus.
Strategy Development and Planning Consultant Responsibilities: 
  • Work closely with Growth Delivery team and internal stakeholders on clear integrated, strategic planning and development roadmap for different growth initiatives.
  • Analyze information and evaluate integration risks to choose the best solution for various acquisition deals and integration processes.
  • Consult with senior executives on critical prioritization decisions for profitable growth M&A opportunities.
  • Independently work on different projects and integration processes to provide senior leaders with critical information and plan accordingly with timely results.
  • Manage strategic planning and execution for new and existing M&A initiatives.
