A national B2B agency is hiring a Remote Sr. Search Engine Marketing Manager for their Tech and SaaS industry clientele. This full-time remote opportunity will manage end-to-end paid search campaigns for global B2B tech clients. Reporting to the VP of Search, this role has a promotional pathway to Associate Director.

Sr. SEM Manager Requirements:
  • 6 years SEM agency experience. Of those, 4 years working with clients in the Tech and SaaS industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEM – Google and Microsoft Ads. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics preferred.
  • Experience running domestic and global, enterprise level paid campaigns.
  • Client facing experience, presenting to CMO’s of mid-market to Enterprise Tech brands KPIs such as account lift, account engagements, and pipeline velocity.
  • Stay up to date with all Google products and platform updates.
Sr. SEM Manager Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute B2B paid search strategies. Identify new opportunities through keyword analysis, campaign strategy, ad copy development, and more.
  • Optimize paid campaign performance towards lead quality. Execute full-funnel KPIs – ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, CPL, MQL, SAL, SQL.
  • Leverage online and offline data to gather insights and present recommendations to technology clients. Incorporate client target account lists and buyer personas in targeting efforts.
  • Collaborate with the full account for each client to ensure cohesion around the client goals, initiatives, and pacing to goal. The team includes project management, strategy, media planning, and analytics.
