A non-profit in Alexandria, VA is looking for a hybrid remote Sr. Contracts Administrator to join their collaborative and dynamic team. This position requires four days onsite and must be eligible for a DoD clearance.

Sr. Contracts Administrator Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Government space, heavily working on GSA Schedules.
  • Advanced knowledge in contracting practices, terms, laws, regulations, policies, conditions, and procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in various contract and vehicle types (T&M, IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, Fixed Price, GSA, Service Agreements, etc.)
  • Expert in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe).
  • High attention to detail, able to handle pressure and logical thinker.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Sr. Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract negotiations, modifications, proposal preparation, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and terms/conditions.
  • Maintain continual reviews to ensure terms and conditions are met, and customer specifications are in accordance.
  • Assemble risk reviews, draft policies and procedures for subcontractor agreements and prime contracts.
  • Negotiate agreements, manage audit requests, review contract awards/agreements and amendments.         
  • Work closely across project/proposal team, accounting, and business development to prepare proposals by reviewing solicitations for response, reviewing cost/budget, and business requirements for final submission.
