Sr. Contracts Administrator Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of work experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Government space, heavily working on GSA Schedules.
- Advanced knowledge in contracting practices, terms, laws, regulations, policies, conditions, and procedures.
- Knowledgeable in various contract and vehicle types (T&M, IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, Fixed Price, GSA, Service Agreements, etc.)
- Expert in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe).
- High attention to detail, able to handle pressure and logical thinker.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Manage contract negotiations, modifications, proposal preparation, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and terms/conditions.
- Maintain continual reviews to ensure terms and conditions are met, and customer specifications are in accordance.
- Assemble risk reviews, draft policies and procedures for subcontractor agreements and prime contracts.
- Negotiate agreements, manage audit requests, review contract awards/agreements and amendments.
- Work closely across project/proposal team, accounting, and business development to prepare proposals by reviewing solicitations for response, reviewing cost/budget, and business requirements for final submission.
