Contracts Coordinator Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in contracts and proposal management.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Highly meticulous and able to juggle high volume of various data while proactively moving projects forward.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Salesforce, ClickUp, and SharePoint.
- Support the Contracts, Proposal and Business Development team with administrative support.
- Prepare and manage various reports, data entry/mining, audits, and presentation materials.
- Work closely across departments to manage accurate data within CRM platform.
- Identify complex issues and escalate to appropriate team members.
