Rachel explains her favorite thing about the recruiting industry is the relationships formed with talent. She thrives on the opportunity to chat with some pretty incredible talent each day. Rachel 
also enjoys seeing the whole recruitment process come full circle and making an impact on people’s lives.
“A rollercoaster” is the best way Rachel can describe the staffing industry, but stresses that it’s a “fun one to keep you on your toes.” For an industry that can get you down sometimes, Rachel maintains a high energy and positive attitude.

A Baltimore native, Rachel is a lover of anything crab and Baltimore sports superfan. Rachel has her Bachelor’s in Communications from the University of Maryland. Rachel was originally a Business Administration major with a focus in Marketing but switched to Communications halfway through college. This left-handy appreciates red wine and good food. If Rachel’s not vetting top creative talent, you can find her binge-watching anything and everything on Bravo.
