Baltimore, MD, April 1, 2016 – Marketing and Technology staffing agency, Profiles, welcomes its next Talent Acquisition Manager to the Baltimore office, Chelsea Stumm. Chelsea joins Profiles with a variation of experience in client relations, marketing and sales. Prior to joining the Profiles team, Chelsea was in the health and wellness industry. With a passion for helping others to reach their goals, she worked her way up into a sales position with a local wellness facility.
“I joined Profiles because I wanted to challenge myself by entering a new industry that also allowed me to carry over some of the things I love most,” Chelsea shared. “This passion directly translates in to my day-to-day here at Profiles, helping people to do what they love!”
As Chelsea dives deeper into the recruiting industry, she truly is satisfied by building lasting relationships with candidates and finding what makes them tick. “Once you identify someone’s drive, you can really unleash their potential.”
Contributing strengths? Chelsea is a natural relationship builder. She describes herself as someone who is willing to campaign for those who need help being heard. “Being that I am a deeply passionate and driven individual, in both my personal and professional life, I tend to invest in my candidates as much as they invest in themselves, “Chelsea explained. “I believe that if you truly want something there is only one thing that can stop you from achieving it; yourself.” She finds it fulfilling to be able to advocate for candidates who recognize their potential and have sights set on what they are looking to accomplish.
In Chelsea’s spare time, she enjoys concocting anything from new ice cream and almond butter flavors to baking traditional family recipes. The best part being: the taste test! Also, she enjoys hitting all the new food spots wherever she travels and will try anything once! Eating is a hobby, right?
Chelsea’s true passion lies within the fitness realm, and she contributes a lot of time to keeping her mind and body in a healthy space. Fun fact: Chelsea’s alter-ego is that of a Nationally Qualified NPC competitor, though she no longer competes, she enjoys staying connected in the bodybuilding community.
