John joins Profiles with 16+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, and sales management. He has worked for SM Consulting Inc, SAIC, Spyros Consulting, and The Judge Group; his most recent position of two years as Managing Director of Operations.
John states, “I joined Profiles for the opportunity to work with an established company in the Creative staffing industry and play an instrumental role in the growth and expansion of its business.”
According to John, his favorite parts of the business are seeing his team achieve success and growth in their careers and the sense of pride and assurance of gaining the client’s trust as an advisor and strategic partner.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has lived in Edison, NJ, North Carolina, and Phoenix, AZ. He has lived in Maryland, now, for 20 years, and currently resides in Sykesville with his wife and two daughters. John enjoys golf, tennis, and kayaking and is a NY Giants fan.
