Baltimore, MD, March 16, 2017 – Profiles, a mid-Atlantic Marketing and Creative staffing agency, welcomes Katie Bankard as its newest Talent Acquisition Manager to the Baltimore 
office. Katie brings previous recruitment experience in a variety of sectors, including agency, corporate recruiting, government contracting, and startup.
Katie thrives in fast-pace work environments and loves the feeling of being continuously challenged. She truly feels she has found that in Profiles. “I joined Profiles because the culture here is exciting,” Katie shared. “We feed off each other’s energy, and it’s a great vibe.” Another contributing strength Katie brings to her role is the ability to connect with people “right off the bat” and build lasting relationships.
She also finds it most rewarding to know that people come to from all different situation, seeking Profiles and its Recruiters’ assistance. “There is nothing more satisfying than placing talent into the right job, watch them grow and be successful in that position,” Katie explains. “I genuinely care about the talent we place.”
While Baltimore is home now, Katie hails from the northern Maryland area.
