Richmond, VA; May 29, 2015 – Profiles, Marketing, Tech, and Creative staffing agency, welcomes Hunter Boykin as the newest Business Development Manager in the Richmond, VA location. Hunter comes to Profiles with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and five years of experience in the staffing industry on both the recruiting and sales sides. Hunter began his staffing career in Nashville, TN, shortly after graduating from the University of Mississippi in 2007.
“I joined Profiles because of the company leadership and the opportunity to be a part of a great company culture,” Hunter explained.
What Hunter finds rewarding about the recruitment industry is working with people and helping them find great career opportunities. On the recruitment side, when a candidate is truly excited about a job offer and you know you have helped them in their career progression, is what Hunter favors the most. When working with client, Hunter enjoys learning the company’s culture and finding the right candidate for the positions. “It’s a great feeling when you find a great match for both the candidate and the company,” Hunter said.

Originally from North Carolina, the Raleigh and Outer Banks areas, Hunter currently lives in Richmond, VA with his wife, since relocating in 2012. Hunter enjoys fishing and playing golf during his free time.
