Government Proposal Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and create marketing proposals and presentations to government and commercial clients.
- Research business opportunities and prospects, reviews RFP’s and SOW’s, gather proposal responses/interview materials, and track award submissions.
- Lead kickoff calls and team reviews, manage and drive content development.
- Work closely with clients, leadership and team members on proposal and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness.
- Manage design standards and create simple infographics, manage social media, and website content review.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in government proposals and very familiar with Standard Form 330’s.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong background in RFP’s and RFQ’s, experience with GovWin, Sam.gov, System for Award Management (SAM), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and ProjNet is required.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment (some weekend hours are likely).
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Graphically capable.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
