Profiles welcomes Tammy Hink as its new Vice President, building up and leading the sales and recruitment teams to business and personal success. Tammy brings a strong ability to not only grow companies but grow people into the best professional they can be.
Why Tammy Joined Profiles
Tammy truly enjoys the opportunity to build relationships. Her favorite part of the recruitment industry is providing candidates and clients alike consultative partnerships that last a lifetime. “I joined Profiles for the opportunity to take something good to great and help an organization grow to all-time highs,” Tammy explained. “The challenge of that as well as the people are the driving factors behind all of this.”
Background and Contributing Strengths
While she carries 16+ years of staffing industry experience, Tammy started her career as a membership coordinator for a non-profit in healthcare recruiting. Tammy was responsible for recruiting nurses to join the mission, and from there, worked her way up from recruiter, going through sales, branch, regional, area manager, training, and development, to VP in two roles. Along with that, she has an extensive background in direct hire as well as building out programs for companies within that space.
As for her approach as a leader, Tammy is “people forward.” One of her many contributing strengths lies within her tenacity in finding the strengths and weaknesses within the team, building up the strengths and working through the weaknesses to turn them into additional strengths. “The success of my team will always be my #1 priority. Even though they work for me, I will always work for their success.”

Tammy and family love traveling, especially to the beach and anywhere outdoors. She has also a new-found passion for competitive challenge races.
