Did you know that 48 hours following any conference or event is a climax of enriched thinking? Yes!
Top Staffing Firms Gather Nationwide
Inspiration, motivation, dedication, team spirit, enthusiasm – it’s all happening right now inside at Profiles. From all departments and locations of our business, six Profiles employees flew up to Boston, MA to attend the annual Bullhorn Engage three-day conference. This conference brings together top creative staffing firms nationwide to learn about the latest industry trends and technology, as well as provide a stellar networking platform. The big topic discussion this year was the increasing demand by employers for contract employees and the role of artificial intelligence.
One Little Idea a Week
Keynotes spoke about drivers of business growth, the benefits of quality, and relationships over speed and volume. Steven Levitt, author and New York Times best seller of Freakonomics and Think Like a Freak, inspired us to think outside the box with one little idea a week. Sharing one little idea a week may be the idea that transforms your business to set it apart from the competition.
We walked away inspired and rejuvenated to continue striving to be the best in our industry. From back office and marketing to recruiting, sales, and management, we are motivated to invest the time in sharing new ideas to make an extraordinary experience for our consultants and clients.
How does this relate to you? It’s all relative! Dedicate some time every week to explore new ideas. Don’t be afraid to take risks. At Profiles our mantra is, ‘no idea is a bad one.’ Our fast-changing, competitive world is exactly the kind of environment where good ideas can be powerful.
